Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Chrysalis Beauté Med Spa Inc. ("Chrysalis Beauté", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services Overview

We operate in Ontario, offering aesthetic consultations, neuromodulator injections (such as Botox and Dysport), dermal fillers, PRP treatments, IV therapy, wellness injections, and related medical aesthetic services. All treatments require an in-person consultation, medical history review, and signed informed consent. Services are performed by a licensed nurse injector.

Use of Website and Services

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Those under 18 require parental or guardian consent.

Permitted use. You agree to use our website and services lawfully. Prohibited activities include providing false medical information, impersonation, interfering with our systems, attempting unauthorized access, and any illegal activity.

Consultations, Bookings, and Treatments

Consultations are required for certain treatments to review your medical history and obtain informed consent. Any pricing provided initially is preliminary and may be adjusted based on the treatment plan determined during your consultation.

Appointments must be booked in advance through approved channels (website, phone, SMS, or in person). A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees, and non-refundable deposits may be applied toward rescheduled appointments. We reserve the right to decline treatment based on professional judgment regarding your medical history, current condition, or expectations. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Sales are final; refunds are not provided for administered treatments.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, treatment longevity, suitability, or uninterrupted website access. Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chrysalis Beauté Med Spa Inc., its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, and videos — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Reproduction or modification without written permission is prohibited.

Photography

Photos taken before, during, and after treatments are used for medical record-keeping. Any marketing or promotional use requires your separate written consent.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the Telecommunications Act, CRTC requirements, and A2P 10DLC messaging standards. Express written consent is obtained via checkbox for:

• Transactional messages: appointment confirmations, reminders, pre-treatment instructions, aftercare, and customer service responses.
• Marketing messages: promotional content, special offers, and educational content (optional).

Providing your phone number alone does not constitute consent. Transactional message frequency varies based on your appointments (typically 2–6 per appointment cycle); marketing messages are limited to a maximum of 2 per month if you opt in. Non-urgent messages are not sent outside 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM local time. Message and data rates may apply. Your SMS consent and mobile number are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Third-Party Services

Our website may integrate with third-party scheduling, payment, communication, and analytics providers. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or content of third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chrysalis Beauté Med Spa Inc., its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Modifications, Termination, and Governing Law

We may modify these Terms at any time; changes are effective upon posting with an updated date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. We may terminate or suspend access at any time, with or without cause. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable Canadian federal law. Disputes are first addressed through good-faith discussion; unresolved disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Region of Peel. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
